A Treasured Medical Provider: Business Testimonial: Northwest Acupuncture by Linda Polier
From the 1868 song Whispering Hope by Septimus Winner: Soft as the voice of an angel -. Breathing a lesson unheard – Hope with a gentle persuasion – Whispers her comforting word.
I know there are many places to get treatment for a variety of human ailments, but if you’d like a recommendation, may I suggest not just acupunture, but acupuncture by Dr. In Yu of Northwest Acupuncture. She is easily the best of the best in Beaverton if you ask me. Let me explain.
The song, Whispering Hope, comes to mind when I think of Dr In Yu. Her caring touch is light, like the touch of the gossamer wing of a butterfly. When she comes into the room to add one more needle halfway through the acupuncture treatment, she is indeed like Hope. When she explains my treatment plan, it’s like she is “whispering her comforting words” and providing a “gentle persuasion” for the patient to improve from her treatment.
To make sure her patients receive the best possible care, Dr Yu meets and assesses each and every one of her patients. In addition, to allow healing to begin, a warm, relaxing, private room is provided for each patient. I feel special and valued.
To me, Dr Yu is a dear as well as a treasure. It is obvious that she truly cares about her patients and provides exceptional moral support as well as encouragement. At the end of each treatment, I can always count on a warm goodbye and a heartfelt wish to “be well.”
What is Acupuncture? Acupuncture is the stimulation of specific points located near or on the surface of the skin, which have the ability to alter various biochemical and physiological conditions in order to achieve the desired effect. Modern Western research supports the use of acupuncture and Chinese medicine to treat these conditions and more:
- Stress Reduction
- Fatigue/Adrenal Fatigue
- PMS/Menopause Symptoms/Infertility
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome/Digestive Support
- Arthritis & Muscular Pain
- Pain due to trauma such as MVA
Welcome to NorthWest Acupuncture.
Here at our clinic, we provide an individualized treatment plan for every one of our patients. Dr. Yu meets and assesses each of her patients to make sure that they are receiving the best care possible. Treatments are provided in a warm and relaxing private room, where patients can allow the healing to begin. Other therapies and herbal remedies can be added to your treatment based on your needs. We look forward to treating you.
