Apply to Serve as a City of Beaverton Board or Commission Member

There’s still time to get involved!

The City of Beaverton is accepting applications for volunteer board members on all 11 of its boards and commissions, and we’d love to have your voice at the table. These groups help shape our community’s future by advising the city on everything from daily services to long‑term planning.

Each board focuses on a specific topic area, and members share insights and recommendations that guide city decisions. You don’t need to be an expert; your lived experience, professional background, and community perspective are all valuable

We welcome applicants of all identities, skill sets, and experiences. If you’ve been thinking about getting involved or want a meaningful way to connect with your community, this is your moment — and it’s not too late.
