Are you reliable? Well, are you???

Are you reliable? Well, are you???

#CatalystBusinessNewsletter

Are you reliable as a manager? As an owner? As a business?

Can your people count on you? Who are your people? Why…they are your customers, employees and vendors.

Can they talk to you? Can they confide in you?

Are you approachable? Do you follow through on what you promise? Are you a problem solver? Are you responsive?

Are you timely? Are you decisive? Do you care? When complaints roll in, do you tackle them head on?

Our world is packed full of people who just don’t get it.  Customer service is not what it once was.

If you did answer yes to all of the above-listed questions…then you as a manager, as a business, and as a business owner are failing. Failing your people, and ultimately failing yourself.

Being successful is not only enjoying the wins, the successes and the good times. It’s about tackling the problems immediately, and eradicating them. There are 2 brands in business: Your personal brand, and your business brand.

When people see you, or your business…if warm fuzzy feelings of love, trust and reliability don’t scream within the minds of your people…you’re in trouble!

  • BE GREAT! JUST BEING GOOD, KILLS GREATNESS!
  • MAKE IT EASY FOR PEOPLE TO DO, AND KEEP DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU!
  • LOOK UP…AND SURPRISE SOMEONE!
