Beaverton Downtown Association announces annual Best Day Bike Ride, Gear Up for Fun on May 11, 2024

Get ready to pedal your way through the streets of Beaverton as the Beaverton Downtown Association gears up to host its much-anticipated Annual Best Day Bike Ride on May 11. This exciting event promises a day of family-friendly fun, community spirit, and two-wheeled adventures for cyclists of all ages and skill levels through the heart of Downtown Beaverton. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just starting out, the Annual Best Day Bike Ride offers something for everyone.

In celebration of Bike Month, get ready to embark on a journey through some of Downtown Beaverton’s neighborhoods and parks. The event begins at 11 a.m. at Trek Bicycle Beaverton with a license plate decorating party. The ride begins at noon, and after a 1.5-mile route, will end at the Beaverton Farmers Market for a family-friendly after-party. With safety as the top priority, the Beaverton Police Department bicycle officers will join our ride to ensure a fun and safe ride for all ages. We will have stops at the BDA’s Bike Racks and Bike Repair Stations, and a live demonstration of how to properly use the repair stations.

The Annual Best Day Bike Ride isn’t just an event—it’s an opportunity to come together as a community and celebrate the vibrant spirit of downtown Beaverton. By promoting physical activity, community engagement, and outdoor exploration, this event embodies the values that make Beaverton such a special place to live and visit.
