Bringing Businesses and Community Together, Beaverton’s Signature Summer Expos

This summer, the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to bring two exciting opportunities for Beaverton businesses to connect with their community: the Beaverton Community Expo on July 25 and the Beaverton Music Festival on August 15. Both events give local businesses the chance to showcase their products and services, engage with thousands of community members, and build lasting connections through interactive booths in a centralized location.
The Community Expo, presented by Peak Credit Union, is held at City Fountain Park, adjacent to the farmers’ market, making it convenient for visitors to pick up local produce while discovering everything Beaverton’s business community has to offer. This free, family-friendly event attracts more than 6,000 attendees and features 50+ local businesses offering special deals, demonstrations, giveaways, and more.
Returning this year are the Youth Entrepreneur booths, featuring young business owners ages 6 to 17 who will showcase and sell their handcrafted products while gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience. It’s a wonderful opportunity to support the next generation of local entrepreneurs while exploring the creativity and innovation happening right here in Beaverton.
Attendees are encouraged to stop by the Beaverton Area Chamber of Commerce booth to pick up a Community Expo Passport. As guests visit participating exhibitor booths, they can collect stamps throughout the event. Completed passports can be turned in at the Chamber booth for a chance to win exciting raffle prizes generously donated by participating vendors, making it even more fun to explore everything the Expo has to offer.
The Beaverton Music Festival, produced by Florian Raqueño Productions, returns on August 15 at City Hall Plaza and The Round for a day of music, community, and celebration. This free, inclusive festival features a multi-genre lineup, local performers, and community-focused interactive experiences. Attendees can enjoy local food trucks, a beer and wine garden, and browse more than 20 vendors. This year’s lineup features: Aaron Nigel Smith, Son de Cuba, Kivett Bednar Band, The Flowtenders. REMEDY, Golden Hour, Beaverton Community Band, Metropolitan Performing Arts, Portland Taiko, Mr. Benny & Dirty Pretties Alana Rich and more!
