Cats that need homes: Meet Ziggy, Sauvie, & Penny

Cats that need homes: Meet Ziggy, Sauvie, & Penny

Ziggy (3 yrs)

I was recently rescued by a kind family with other kitties, only to discover that I prefer to be the only one. My current family is sad to re-home me because they’ve discovered what a joy I am to have around. I love lounging near my people, watching the outdoors from a window perch, and observing my surroundings. I’m very affectionate, coming up for headbutts, enjoying pets, and even rolling over for short belly rubs. My absolute favorite activity is curling up on a soft blanket for a peaceful nap. I prefer a relaxed environment and would do fine in a home with gentle, older children. Come and meet me at Cat’s Cradle Rescue 503-320-6079.

Sauvie (5 yrs)

I’m a sweet, cuddly 5-year-old cat who would love nothing more than to be your lap warmer. I’m affectionate with humans and thrive on attention. I don’t do well sharing my space with other cats and would be happiest as an only cat, or in a large home where I can have my own territory. I don’t have any experience around dogs or kids, so I’m not sure how I would do around them. My current family feels that I do best on a seafood-based diet, as I may have a sensitivity to certain meat proteins. Other than that, I’m perfectly healthy. I’m at Cat’s Cradle Rescue 503-320-6079.

Penny (12 yrs)

Don’t let my permanent scowl fool you-I’m as sweet as can be! I love attention and will greet you at the door, follow you around the house, and snuggle under the blankets at night. I may be a senior, but I still have plenty of playful energy. Things that add to my charm are: an adorable tiny, creaky meow; giving gentle paw taps when I want pets; and a unique spiral tail from old healed injuries. After having all of my teeth removed last December, I recovered beautifully and can still crunch my dry food like a pro. I’m looking for a quiet home where I can be the only pet and soak up all the love. I may do well with older kids, but not young children. Contact Cat’s Cradle Rescue 503-320-6079.
