Celebrate Tualatin Valley Wines All Month Long During ‘Spring Sips’

This May, celebrate Oregon Wine Month in Tualatin Valley wine country, the closest wine destination to Portland. As spring blooms across the valley, wine lovers can explore a variety of estate wineries, boutique tasting rooms, vineyard patios featuring limited-edition releases, curated wine flights and special discounts.

Spring Sips is a month-long observance that showcases local wineries, unique tasting experiences and seasonal pours and winery events, and marks the return of the fourth annual Pink! Rosé Festival wine tasting event. New this year, an interactive wine passport and exclusive guided experiences have been added to the growing list of activities.

There are many ways to celebrate Tualatin Valley wine in May:

• Download the free Spring Sips Mobile Passport. Check into 31 participating Tualatin Valley wineries to access exclusive deals and specials. Each check-in will earn passholders an entry for a Spring Sips Grand Prize Giveaway at the end of the month.
• Take a guided wine tour (tours take place May 17 only).. Book a cycling and wine excursion, a farm market and wine tour, or a traditional wine tour complete with a winery lunch.
• Buy tickets to the Pink! Rosé Festival wine tasting event, May 18. Tickets are selling fast for this annual event featuring more than 50 wines. Tickets are $50-85.
