Free Beaverton YSO Youth Summer Camps: July & August, sign up today!
The Beaverton Police Department is offering a series of Youth Summer Programs in 2025, tailored to different age groups to foster community engagement and provide enriching experiences.
Youth Summer Camp for Grades 2-5: Scheduled from August 4 to 7, at Vose Elementary School (11350 SW Denney Rd), this camp runs daily from 9 a.m. to noon. Each day is dedicated to a specific grade:
- 2nd Grade: August 4
- 3rd Grade: August 5
- 4th Grade: August 6
- 5th Grade: August 7
- Registration is capped at 50 participants per day.
Youth Summer Camp for Grades 6-8
This camp takes place from July 15 to 17, at Mountainside High School (12500 SW 175th Ave, Beaverton), operating from 9 a.m. to noon. daily. The schedule is as follows:
- 6th Grade: July 15
- 7th Grade: July 16
- 8th Grade: July 17
- Each day’s registration is limited to 50 participants.
Beaverton YSO High School Camp: Open to students entering 9th through 12th grades, this camp offers two sessions: June 17-19 and June 24-26, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Beaverton Public Safety Center (6125 SW Hall Blvd). Participants will engage in activities such as:
- CPR Certification Course
- Safe Driving/Backing Course
- Introduction to Law Enforcement Course
- Trade/Non-College Options Presentation
- Bowling & Laser Tag Field Trip
- Zipline & Ropes Course Field Trip
- Registration is limited to 20 participants per session.
