Introducing Imaad, a very super student! Thanks to Kumon of South Beaverton

Imaad is 7 years old and heading into 2nd grade at Alberta Rider Elementary School. He has been attending Kumon for one year now and has already made outstanding progress.

Currently working one year above his grade level in both math and reading & writing, Imaad has spent time restructuring his mental processes. He is cementing new and more efficient ways to identify key concepts, organize his thoughts, and handle the problems in front of him.

Outside of Kumon, Imaad enjoys playing soccer, spending time with his younger sister and friends, swimming, and drawing Sonic cartoon characters. He also has a special interest in star gazing, taking any chance to explore the universe when the sky is clear.

Imaad’s parents say that, “Kumon has been a great support for Imaad to build confidence and help him learn both subjects at a good pace. During Covid-19 Kumon has been a lifeline to help Imaad progress smoothly through 1st grade.”.

We are happy to join Imaad on his journey, and eager to help him reach for the stars.
