Introducing Miss Stella! Enjoy her silly crossed eyes

A wonderful 8-year-old, 80lb hunk of love that is looking for her final forever home! Her exact breed isn’t known, and the best guess is an American Bulldog mix (but it really doesn’t matter given how adorable she is with those silly crossed eyes).

Stella is perfectly house trained but would obviously prefer it if her people were home more often than not. She is looking to be your one and only four-legged friend given her prey drive and reactivity toward other dogs. (so, no kitty friends for this pretty lady).  Given this, she should also not go to a home with children under the age of 12 so that they can be respectful of her space and understand not to mishandle her.

She does have some arthritis but takes some supplements that help keep her joints as well-oiled as possible! Stella can do some stairs at this time, but that may not be the case forever, so hopefully in her new home that won’t be a regular requirement.

She loves a short walk to take in the fresh air but will let you know when it’s time to turn around and head home. A fenced yard would be ideal, but not necessary depending on if the neighbors have other pets. When there is no other animal for distraction, she has wonderful recall, but that quickly disappears when something else attracts her attention.

Stella is an easy keeper and truly wonderful girl that has endless devotion and love for her humans. She wants nothing more than to just lounge around in a comfy bed and get all the love you’re willing to share.
